4. FINANCING TERMS

5. INSTALLATION TERMS
Customer agrees to:
• Provide safe and clear access to the property
• Ensure utilities are accessible
• Disclose known structural or electrical issues
Delays caused by weather, supplier issues, permit approvals, inspections, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of NexHome.
Additional work required beyond original scope may result in additional charges.
6. WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranties apply separately from NexHome workmanship warranties.
NexHome provides workmanship warranty coverage as outlined in your written agreement.
Equipment performance may vary based on installation conditions, property characteristics, and maintenance.
7. PAYMENTS
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:
• Work stoppage
• Late fees
• Collection efforts
• Legal action if necessary
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or labor is scheduled.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
NexHome shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
