Financing & Rebate Disclosures
Effective date: November 1, 2026 · Last updated: November 1, 2026
Financing
- Financing is provided by third-party lenders, such as Financeit, not by Nexhome.
- All financing is subject to the lender’s credit approval and terms. Approval isn’t guaranteed.
- Rates, terms, payments and fees vary by lender, product and your credit. Any examples on our website are illustrations, not offers.
- The lender provides the full terms and the cost of borrowing before you sign, as required by law. Please read them carefully.
- Nexhome has a commercial relationship with the lenders we offer, and may pay fees to them in connection with financing.
Financing and your information
A financing application is separate from your enquiry or consultation and needs its own consent. When you apply, the lender collects your information, including for any credit check, under its own privacy policy and the consent you give it. With your consent, we share only what the lender needs for your application, and the lender may tell us the application status. We don’t collect financial documents, banking details or Social Insurance Numbers through our website. See our Privacy Policy.
Rebate programs
- Not affiliated: Nexhome is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Canada, any provincial or territorial government, or any utility or program administrator.
- Eligibility and approval: rebates are decided by the program administrator under its rules. Eligibility, amounts and approval aren’t guaranteed.
- Equipment: programs often require specific equipment, such as models on an official eligible product list. We confirm your equipment against the applicable list when one exists, but the program administrator makes the final determination.
- Documentation and deadlines: programs set their own documentation requirements and deadlines. Unless we have agreed in writing to submit an application for you, applying and meeting deadlines are your responsibility. We provide the installation documentation and receipt details we’re responsible for.
- Reimbursement: rebates are paid by the program, on its timeline, after approval. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, your price isn’t reduced or conditional on a rebate being approved.
- Changes: programs can change, pause or end, sometimes without notice, and funding can run out.
- Combining programs: whether programs can be combined depends on each program’s rules.
- Estimates: rebate amounts shown in quotes, on our website or in our Get My Options journey are preliminary estimates, not offers or guarantees.
